On May 14, 2026, Granville County Crimestoppers held their 8th Annual Golf Tournament at South Granville Country Club in Creedmoor. Twenty-eight (28) golf teams participated in this annual fundraiser supported by ten (10) corporate sponsors and fifty-seven (57) hole sponsors.
The winners for the 8:00 am tee time were:

Chick-Fil-A of Henderson provided lunch and Granville County Crimestoppers provided gift bags for all golfers. South Granville Country Club staff provided a well-prepared golf course. Volunteers from Crimestoppers assisted Jessica Laws, our golf event chairperson, with preparing for and organizing the event. Monetary Awards were presented to all the winners.
As our only fundraiser of the year, the tournament enables Granville County Crimestoppers to carry out our mission of: assisting law enforcement in solving crimes by offering anonymous rewards; raising awareness of criminal activity; recognizing and supporting our law enforcement personnel and promoting cooperation among Granville County citizens, the media, and our law enforcement personnel.
