On February 28th, 2022, a report was filed with the Granville County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a robbery that had already occurred on Tabbs Creek Church Road in Oxford. The victim stated that he was attempting to sell his electric kick scooter to a black male that identified himself as Rick Morgan. The male then pulled out a handgun and told the victim to back away from the scooter. The victim left the scene and the suspect left on the scooter heading towards Kilkenny Ave. The suspect is approximately in his late teens, 5’7” tall, and was wearing a black beanie cap, white face mask, black overcoat, and tan joggers.
